I live and work to decelerate stress, inspire life learning, and uniquely savor the human experience. Along with being an educator, I have led a niche consultancy for 20+ years.
Authentic connection and wellbeing have been the strongest threads that weave my professional story together. At the root, I love people and deeply invest in how well we grow together. As a facilitator, event producer or PR/brand consultant, my clients include creative, corporate and community brands within fashion, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, design, arts, education, retail, hospitality, banking, property management, insurance and non-profit industries.
The best way for me to help develop and inspire others is to start within. Getting rooted has been my authentic call to action. My mantra compels me to “Breathe. Believe. Begin again.”
